Ralph "The Captain" Avallone is a seasoned Tactical Situation Specialist with over 30 years of experience spanning over 100 countries in global security contracting, including leadership roles in disaster recovery operations like Hurricane Katrina 2005, Haiti earthquakes 2010, Hurricane Gustav 2008 and the Deep Water Horizon Disaster 2010. He is author to three books The Great Green Revolution 2014, Unbroken Resilience: Lessons From Disasters and Future Risks 2024, Unbroken Resilience: A Handbook For Surviving Against All Odds 2024. Avallone's specialized training and proven ability to lead in high-pressure situations make him a trusted expert in survival solutions. Recognized with multiple prestigious awards, he is highly regarded for his leadership, credibility, and extensive field experience.
Born in The Garden State of New Jersey, but growing up in the State of Florida, Justin lived through several hurricanes over the years and decided to use his training and logistical coordination powers for good.
Justin provided clean-up and logistics of essential supplies after Superstorm Sandy wreaked havoc on his home state in 2012. In 2016, Justin was dispatched out to Louisiana to serve during the Baton Rouge floods. The very next year, Hurricane Irma and Harvey made landfall and Justin continued his efforts in Florida before becoming a resident of North Carolina. In September of 2018, Hurricane Florence decided to visit the coast of his new home.
Justin and his family have lived in North Carolina for 8 years raising their children and building a life in Stem, North Carolina.
Justin enjoys deep sea fishing and running offshore charters; motivating Justin to pursue his Captain certifications -comprised of First Aid/AED/CPR medic training. Justin also obtained his TWIC Card,
a federal ID card that allows workers to access secure areas of maritime facilities and vessels.
Fast forward to 2024, Hurricane Helene and Milton touched down and his heart followed the families affected by these storms. Justin, alongside his team are building new innovative strategies to lessen the time between disaster and relief, to ultimately restore quality of life to our fellow Americans.
After High School Beth always found herself with a passion to help others in a caregiver role. After getting married and having her family she decided to go back to school in 2000. She attended Keiser University in South Florida and geared her education toward nursing. She got her certifications in Phlebotomy, X-ray, and all aspect of Medical Tech. She then decided to hone her skills more into a nursing role rather than tech. She began a 12 year journey as a hospice nurse for the elderly and terminally ill. After 12 years she decided to move her passions into the entrepenerial space.
She became Co-Founder and Co-Managing member of Fromkin Energy LLC. She has a penchant for corporate fundraising and was the Executive Director of Banking and Finance, leading the merger of 16 independent limited partnerships into one parent company. They completed and operated 138 natural gas wells and 107 oil wells with an estimated geological net recoverable reserves value of 160 million dollars.
Beth presently sits on the board of The Human Rescue Society educating fellow Americans, aides law enforcement, and participates in the locating and safe
recovery of kidnapped and trafficked children in the United States.
Beth presently is the Chairman of the Board for Big Man’s Brew Inc. A company that owns the IP rights of the late great Clarence Clemons throughout the beverage industry. They work to keep his legacy alive, as well as staying true to his image with many charities he was involved with in his lifetime.
She spent the last 20 plus years with a passion to guide children, helping over a 100 children to detox and get clean off opioids and heroin. Following up with assistance in getting ged’s, education, and/or employment.
She is passionate about her mission to help mankind on every level and brings a special skill set to our team.
New York born, Florida raised Lauren Fromkin graduated from the East Carolina University - College of Business in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Lauren independently started her career as a Marketing Consultant in the greater Fort Lauderdale & Miami area. In 2013, Lauren entered the world of Supply Chain & International Distribution. It would not be long before accepting an offer across the country in Silicon Valley, California as a Supply Chain Manager to manufacture a first-of-its-kind vascular technology medical product; coordinating all key manufacturing facets from planning, purchasing and production to transportation, storage and distribution. Shortly after this direct sales force was retired, Lauren resumed consulting in The Bay Area. In 2016, Lauren assumed her current role as a Financial Analyst at Duke University, overseeing Clinical Laboratories Finance for Duke University Health System. This solidified Lauren’s calling home to the East Coast, enjoying southern living in the state of North Carolina.

Lewis drills and operates Natural Gas & Oil wells with sustainable proccesses in Western Pennsylvania and Eatern Ohio.
He has successfully drilled 138 Natural Gas wells and 107 Oil wells,
in the Bradford 3rd Geological Formation.
Lew now spearheads the immediate, intermediate and long terms housing needs of those affected by catastrophes through the Patriot Survial Tactical Teams Operation Safe Shelter Initiative.
